Knockando Label reads: The Whisky in this bottle was distilled at the Knockando Distillery during 1968 It was drawn from cask and specially bottled for Governor Ned McWherter in February 1992. The bottle is sealed but 3/4 of it is missing. Label has stain from the leak. It looks like the whisky has leaked into the box.
