Auction Terms & Conditions – Prime Bidz Auction Once you have placed a bid, your bid cannot be retracted. A 15% buyer’s premium and 7% sales tax will be added to all sales. If your card is declined, you have 72 hours to pay your balance or your items will be forfeited, relisted, and sold. You will also be blocked from further bidding with our company. There are NO refunds, returns, or exchanges. All items are sold AS IS. All sales are final. That said, our team wants you, as a valued customer, to be happy! We are here to work with you if you receive a product that was not pictured correctly or not as described. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Sorry, NO checks and NO American Express will be accepted. PICKUP POLICY PICK UP is by APPOINTMENT ONLY! Please follow the link in your email with your invoice to schedule an appointment online. Our employees are happy to gather your items together and can assist with loading larger merchandise into your vehicle. All items must be picked up within 5 days of the auction close date, or your items will be forfeited. The buyer accepts responsibility for: Ensuring pickup in a timely manner Ensuring all items on the invoice are loaded into their vehicle There will be NO refunds for items that are relisted and sold. Refund / Return Policy Customers have 7 days after the auction closes to alert Prime Bidz Auction with any questions, concerns, or potential issues with items labeled as “New.” No refunds will be given for item(s) that are listed with incorrect sizes or color. SMS & COMMUNICATION CONSENT By providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive marketing and non-marketing text messages from Prime Bidz Auction, including SMS or MMS messages made with an auto dialer, at the mobile number you provide. These messages may be recurring. Opting in to receive messages is not required to purchase any products or services from Prime Bidz Auction. No Reserve Policy & Right to Remove Items Prime Bidz Auction does not place reserve prices on items offered for sale. All items are sold to the highest bidder, regardless of final price. Prime Bidz Auction reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw any item from the auction at any time if it is discovered to have been listed in error, contains inaccurate or misleading information, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate for sale.
