Harry Norman Eccleston OBE (English1923-2010). Bank of England Artist and Bank Note Designer. Kingston Vale 1948 etching on paper, numbered 10/40 and titled, signed and dated 1984 in margin, additionally inscribed 'To Ron Garner', image size 20 x 12.5cm (7.7/8 x 5ins), framed under glass 32 x 24 cm. Also one other etching on paper indistinctly titled 1978. Numbered A/P 9 in pencil 37 x 27 cm (2 items)
