This accumulation contains used off-paper specimens and on-paper clippings organized in chronological envelopes from the Michigan State University Department of Advertising spanning 1986 to 1999. The collection includes various subjects such as portraits of American figures, flora, and architectural themes.Specimens are primarily used and exhibit a variety of circular date stamp and machine cancellations. Perforations appear generally intact, while the storage envelopes and glassine packets show shelf wear, toning, and minor creasing.
