This enameled metal trinket box is fashioned in the form of a whole watermelon. The exterior is finished in lustrous green enamel with textured dark green striping, resting on a base of metallic-highlighted green leaves. The main body opens on a central hinge to reveal a pale pink enameled interior, secured by internal magnets.. The piece is unmarked.Height: 2.25 inchesThe trinket box is in excellent vintage condition with no visible chips or flaking to the enamel. All faceted pink crystals appear to be present and securely set. The central hinge and both magnetic closures are in functional condition with no visible repairs or losses.
