Multitool pliers are spring loaded. Please see pictures as the handle is missing some rubber inserts. It appears that there are two knives, a couple of screwdrivers and files with some other miscellaneous tools on the multitool. Both work as they should, but again there are cosmetic deficiencies with the multitool. These are TSA confiscated items.
