The contents of this Aiken, South Carolina home have been divided into just **15 LARGE LOTS**, with most lots representing the **entire contents of a room or designated area**. See something you want? **You’re bidding on the whole room!** Furniture, décor, household goods, collectibles, kitchenware, miscellaneous contents and more may all be grouped together into one lot. There is no picking and choosing after the auction. ## IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING **WINNING BIDDER MUST TAKE EVERYTHING INCLUDED IN THE LOT.** This is a **TAKE-IT-ALL auction.** If you win a room, you are responsible for removing **ALL contents included in that lot**, not simply the items you want.
