These are vintage miniature Smokey Bear figurine holding a yellow shovel, crafted from hand-painted bone china in Japan during the 1960s. It belongs to a rare collectible set of three different poses, which also includes Smokey holding a water pail and working with a tool. Complete sets in good condition with original Japan or bone china foil stickers typically sell for around $50 to $115 on the vintage market.
