If you are a reseller OF THE ITEMS YOU ARE BUYING, or you are an organization that is designated as tax-exempt, you MUST provide us the required documentation PRIOR to auction close. This form can be found at: https://comptroller.texas.gov/forms/01-339.pdf Any sales tax charged after auction closes WILL NOT be refunded, and you will need to file a refund request with the State Comptroller's Office.
