Lodge American Cast Iron Round Griddle

A circular cast iron griddle manufactured by Lodge in the USA. The design features a shallow rim and a flat, circular cooking surface, integral with a long handle that terminates in a teardrop-shaped hanging hole. The underside of the pan is marked with a recessed circular branding, bearing the Lodge logo where the letter O is depicted as a pan with a drop. Above the logo, the characters 9OG and USA are cast into the iron. Condition: The item is in used condition with a dark patina and visible areas of polymerised oil or carbonised residue towards the outer edges of the cooking surface. The underside shows minor spots of surface oxidation or food residue within the recessed maker marks. The structure is sound with no signs of cracks or significant warping.
