A pair of Potable Aqua PURE electrolytic water purification devices, manufactured by Wisconsin Pharmacal Company, LLC. The units employ an electrolytic process using a brine solution of salt and water to produce a mixed oxidant disinfectant for treating drinking water. Each device features a stated lifetime treatment capacity of over 60,000 litres and is equipped with a solar rechargeable battery and USB charging port, capable of treating more than 150 litres on a single full charge. The purifiers include an integrated backup flashlight and are water-resistant to a depth of 18 metres (60 feet). Performance specifications printed on the packaging indicate log reductions of 6 log for bacteria, 4 log for viruses, and 3 log for both Giardia and Cryptosporidium.
