Vintage “Miss England” hydroplane speedboat, original boat was from 1928. This was a record-breaking speedboat, commissioned by Sir Henry Segrave. No models were made at the time, models were created and sold later. Model is very detailed with a wood finish appearing like the original boat. Unlike the original boat, this model has been dressed up with a small block Chevrolet motor and updated transmission. The motor is dressed up with 3 – 2 bbl carbs on an Edelbrock intake manifold, chrome valve covers and other chromed engine accessories. Boat is not powered. Boat is in very good condition, comes with a stand to make a great display piece. Boat measures 31” long, 9.5” wide and 8” tall (excluding stand).
