Please ensure you bring all necessary tools and packing materials to remove the items. This includes your own tools, packing materials, and dollies, as we do not provide these items. The removal will be at your expense and risk. The auctioneer, employees, and/or seller will not be responsible for the removal process. You will be responsible for carrying and placing all items into your vehicle. When the Auction ends, you will receive an invoice. Please Check your spam mail. Do not solely depend on receiving an invoice to determine your winnings. Some emails provided to us may not be correct. Always look in your spam folder. Therefore, make sure you look on your watch list, and or Past bids. This will show you exactly what you won/Lost. Pick-up information is provided to you in multiple ways to ensure you are fully informed. There are no excuses for not knowing the pick-up process. Pick-up details are listed: During registration — you are required to agree to the Terms and Conditions before bidding. In the registration confirmation email sent immediately after you agree to the Terms. In Lot #2 of the auction — clearly titled "Pick-Up Information". Under the Terms and Conditions listed under every lot in the auction. In the Shipping/Pick-Up Information section listed under every lot in the auction. On the invoice you receive once the auction ends. Pick-up is ONLY available for 2 days, Fri, Sat following the end of the auction. PICKUP POLICY: When you arrive for pickup, you will be required to sign your invoice. By signing, you are confirming that you have personally inspected and received all of your items. It is your responsibility to: Verify your full order is present at the time of pickup. Check each item before signing your invoice. Once the invoice is signed, no claims will be accepted regarding missing items. No exceptions. We will not honor emails or messages sent after pickup stating that an item was not received. We strongly encourage all customers to double-check their lot numbers and items before signing. This policy is in place to protect both parties and ensure transparency in every transaction. Removal of All Items Purchased ALL ITEMS INCLUDED IN A LOT MUST BE REMOVED BY THE BUYER. Buyers are required to take all contents associated with each purchased lot. No items may be left behind, abandoned, discarded, or separated from the lot during pickup. Many lots contain multiple items, miscellaneous contents, garage contents, shelving contents, or grouped household goods. Buyers must remove the entire lot as photographed and described. Any items left behind may result in: Forfeiture of the lot without refund. Additional cleanup, disposal, or labor fees. Suspension or removal of bidding privileges. Please bid accordingly and be prepared to remove all purchased items during the pickup period.
