This printed map features a hand-drawn cartoon design showing the path of the U.S. Army 32nd Division, known as the 'Red Arrow Division,' during World War I in 1918. The map depicts the German line along with major French towns such as Amiens, Château Thierry, Soissons, and Reims, with multiple arrows marking areas the 32nd Division 'pierced.' A comic illustration of a fleeing German soldier emphasizes the division's breakthroughs. Below, in the lower left, the annotation reads: "Sketch showing points in German line which were pierced by the Red Arrow of the 32nd Division." The lower right is marked "Printed by G 2C 3rd Army." The map is printed on cream paper and shows folding and signs of age typical for period field documents. Approximate unfolded size is visible in images. The cartoon style and subject suggest an original period morale souvenir for division members or presentation use.
