Pablo Picasso (Spanish, 1881–1973) Original lithograph from the deluxe edition of Picasso Dessins by Waldemar George. Published by Editions des Quatre Chemins, Paris. Pencil signed lower right. Depicting Cubist Mother and Child in Picasso's elegant neoclassical style. Issued on Arches paper in a limited edition of 100 copies accompanying the deluxe publication. Numbered on verso 57/100. This is one of the more recognizable Cubist compositions in the portfolio, featuring Picasso's iconic interpretation of the mother-and-child theme. Does not include the original book and limitation page, these 3 pieces are for reference only. Overall good condition with light toning and minor age-related wear. Measures 8.25" x 10.25".
