Aqua round medicine bottle. Embossed on the front DR H. VAN. VLECK.S FAMILY MEDICINE PITTSBURGH. PA. Open pontiled base. Applied double tapered lip. Circa 1850s. Condition is dug with overall interior staining and there is a crack extending through the pontil to both sides of the base and then partially up one side a half inch and then back to the base, and a 1/4 inch flat chip to the side of the lip with some associated top of lip roughness. Measures approximately 2 1/2 inches wide x 7 inches tall.
