Antique metalware basket / candy dish is WMF Kora Germany. It is marked E.P. BRASS, GERMANY. It has a few scratches to the finish but no cracks or breaks. Also 4 vintage crystal ice cream dishes by Tiffin with sterling silver overlay in a heart / sweetheart / valentine pattern. Sherbet / ice cream dishes were probably made by Tiffin and the silver added by Silver City or Rockwell. The glass glows green under black light as pictured in the 2nd photo due to uranium or manganese mineral content.
