Antique long nose oil can, signed T&P RY on the base. The Texas and Pacific Railroad was established through an act of US congress in 1871, and was initially supposed to go from East Texas all the way to California but ended up stopping in El Paso. It operated for many years before merging into the Missouri Pacific / Mopac. There is an old repair to the spout. Would be a good go-with for a railroad lantern collection.
