Stylized human face with linear eyes, nose and chevron mouth = no signs of commercial mass production - artisan item Age/Origin; 1960s Pacific Islands 2) Scrimshaw-style whaling scene, most likely bovine tooth featuring whale boat, oarsmen and whale diving.
