Unusual herb chopper? that consists of a curved cast iron V-shaped trough with a disc that has wooden handles on both sides, presumably, the herb being chipped is placed in trough and the disc is rolled back and forth over it. This was on the table next to Dave Wingo's table the last time we visited him. He asked if we had ever seen one or if we knew what it was. He and Alice had picked it up one of their trips. We had no idea but he said it was most likely an herb chopper.
