Unusual OVB wall-mounted tool cabinet with two hinged doors, it has a nickel-plated HSB & CO. O.V.B. tag on the front of drawer, and a folding carrying handle on top. There are holes in the top of both doors where a previous owner had a hasp he could put a padlock on to secure the contents, there are still clips inside for mounting tools. This is the first OVB box we can recall seeing.
