Design applied by a single quill slip cup of an adjacent pair of dotted watchspring circles among a rim pair of curlicue lines, coggled rim, attributed to Norwalk, Conn.; 1 7/8"h, 14 1/4" diam.; Condition: Restorations across design and rim.
