ca. 1880; Signed PA slipware dish impressed "W Smith/Womelsdorf" (Willoughby Smith, Womelsdorf, Berks County, PA). Two sets of yellow and manganese perpendicular slip wavy lines applied by a single quill slip cup on a brownish lead glaze 1 5/8" high, 6 7/8" diam.; Condition: 1 3/4" rim line, 5/8" and smaller rim flakes, some center wear and 1/4" spots of glaze losses.
