ca. 1855; Octagonal open vegetable dish in the Cashmere pattern with blue ink backstamp “Patent,” Royal Arms “Cashmere/R + M,” and base impressed “F. Morley & Co.” (Francis Morley); remaining pieces in the Pelew pattern by Edward Challinor including an octagonal base-covered teapot with blue ink backstamp “Ironstone/Pelew/E. Challinor,” and an octagonal base-covered sugar with molded lion’s head boss faux handles; round waste bowl; octagonal base creamer; two different shaped handleless cups and saucers, one saucer with blue ink back stamp "Ironstone/Pelew/E. Challinor", cups with 12 panel sides and saucers have 16 panel sides; Dimensions: vegetable dish 2 1/4" high, 8 1/2" by 10 3/4", teapot 9 1/8" high overall, 5 3/4" across; sugar 8" high overall, 5" across; Condition: Vegetable dish with two 1/8" rim flakes, edge wear and discoloration; teapot with restored rim, spout and handle, and small edge flakes on lid; sugar lid with restored knob and rim.
