ca. 1973; Signed, "DBS, '73" - Daniel & Barbara Strawser "early years" folk art bird tree has seven assorted chip carved and brightly polychrome painted birds that are wire leg mounted to tree branches and base. The bentwood sapling tree is mounted into walnut conical-turned ball-top stem mounted to a walnut wood rectangular base; 5" x 5" x 14 5/8"H; Condition: stem with red painted bird is damaged and missing end beyond bird mount.
