Found locally in Lancaster County, 1920s sign made from three pine boards with pine trim painted white with black hand lettering. Single sided. "Original Martin's Corner Store" painted over an earlier sign (looks like they had competition from other Martins in the area). The rest of the sign has "Ice-cream Groceries Soft-Drinks Tobacco Candy Gasoline Oils". Great folky sign. 26 1/2"H x 40"W Very nice dry paint with crazing from age. Age split in top back board and right trim. Loss to bottom of trim on right side. Wear and losses to paint. Sign retains a great overall folky look.
