Vintage Mallory Performance Electronic Ignition Distributor Setup w/ Chrome Coil 29217 Description Up for auction is a comprehensive vintage Mallory Performance Ignition package. This lot is perfect for a classic car hot rod project, muscle car engine build, or marine engine restoration requiring highly reliable spark delivery. The Distributor: Features Mallory's signature red cap design with a billet-style aluminum housing shaft and integrated electrical lead. The drive gear and lower shaft assembly show minor operational wear but remain intact. The Ignition Coil: Includes the classic, discontinued Mallory 29217 Chrome Canister Ignition Coil. This oil-filled 12V coil delivers up to 58,000 maximum volts and is heavily sought after for period-correct engine bays. Accessories Included: Comes complete with a Mallory Ignition Instruction Sheet, multiple vintage intake/mounting gaskets, a spare red distributor cap, and a heavy-duty Mallory Sidewinder suppression spark plug wire.
