An oval bentwood box, the domed lid with punch decoration around the outside and a directional cross on the inside with flowers on opposing ends and circles on opposing sides; the box sides with three fingers, ash splint sewn, decorated with diamonds inside Xs; the bottom with a diamond with circles on the four points, signed "H.J. Olden, 1899", Scandinavian cursive writing on edge photographed, exceptional surface and condition. 5"L x 3.25"H x 3.25"D.
