This mid-century American magazine stand is constructed from solid maple with a warm reddish-brown finish. It features two storage compartments divided by a central panel with an integrated handle. The base is stamped Cushman 5505 andbears an oval metal plaque reading A Genuine Cushman COLONIAL Creation made in BENNINGTON, VT. and a blue J.B. Van Sciver Co. retailer label. Height: 16 inches, Width: 13 3/4 inches, Depth: 9 1/2 inches.The magazine stand is in excellent vintage condition with all original identification marks intact.
