MANUAL OR PNEUMATIC OPERATION: Use compressed air when faster extraction is preferred, or operate the manual vacuum pump when working away from shop equipment. Both modes draw used oil through the dipstick opening into the sealed reservoir. CLEAN OIL CHANGES WITHOUT GOING UNDERNEATH: Extract engine oil from above instead of removing the drain plug. This helps reduce work beneath the vehicle, open drain-pan handling and accidental spills during routine maintenance.
