Payment Options & E-Transfer Details E-Transfer (Preferred): Send to [email protected]. Auto-deposit is enabled, so no password or security question is required. Required: Include your full name and invoice number in the transfer message box (e.g., Jane Doe Invoice 12345). Credit Card: Accepted in person. Debit: Accepted in person (Visa/Mastercard Debit cards are not supported by our system). Cash: Exact amount only (no change is kept on-site). Automatic Payment Policy All invoices must be paid before the next auction begins. If your balance remains unpaid, your credit card on file will be automatically charged prior to the start of the following auction (e.g., unpaid invoices from Auction 1 will be charged before Auction 2 opens). Additional processing fees may apply to automatic charges. Updated Pickup Policy 14-Day Window: All won items must be collected within 14 calendar days. Extensions: If you need extra time, email us within the first 7 days to request an extension. Abandoned Goods: If you do not contact us or pick up your items within the required timeframe, your items will be considered abandoned and relisted in a future auction to cover storage fees. Note: The 14-day pickup timeline applies to all items, even if they have already been paid for.
