A high-torque electric motor setup to machine precise, angled chamfers or bevels onto metal edges. The system is mounted on a tall, rigid pedestal column to support the extreme vibrations and weight of heavy metal components. The horizontal shaft extends to an adjustable tool area with integrated guide rails and a handwheel control mechanism, allowing the operator to fine-tune the cutting depth or feeding pressure during operation.
