Funnybook #1 (1971) from A.P. Co., offered in an approximate Fine/Very Fine condition. This underground comic is notable for featuring the first appearance of Cherry Poptart, the character who would later become the centerpiece of the long-running Cherry comic series. An early and historically significant underground-comix issue, Funnybook #1 is an important collectible for fans of alternative comics and the origins of the Cherry character. The attractive FN/VF condition makes this an especially appealing example of this scarce early issue.
