A 14 carat yellow gold pendant designed in an early 20th-century openwork style. The piece is centrally set with a large round-faceted pinkish-red gemstone, held within a rub-over setting with a rope-twist wire border. The setting is supported within a circular openwork frame featuring four scroll motifs, each punctuated by a polished bead. The top of the pendant is decorated with a trifurcated scroll ornament that leads to a floral-themed bale with a textured finish. Weight: 3.52 g Dimensions: length approx. 2.9 cm (including bale), width approx. 1.9 cm. Condition: The pendant is in good vintage condition with light surface wear and minor tarnish consistent with age and use.
