Waterford Crystal flag-shaped award paperweight approximately 4-1/2 inches across. Includes the original box, displaying etched details of the Boy Scouts of America emblem and wave-like ridges. Comes with a "Caring for your Crystal" pamphlet. Inscribed with "Jere B. Ratcliffe, Chief Scout Executive." No damage noted.
