This lot includes two Nishi dolls made by Nishi & Co., Ltd., Japan, each standing approximately 11 inches high. One doll represents 'Yayakuhime,' portraying a princess from Samurai days, holding a helmet. The other depicts 'Hanayome,' a Japanese bride in formal attire. Both are mounted on wooden bases with original maker's labels and descriptive text. Minor wear is visible on the bases and clothing. All cloth.
