This Richmond Heights estate is extremely clean and well maintained, with a wonderful mix of items throughout the home. Highlights include antique furniture pieces, vintage Christmas, household items, décor, collectibles, and more. Please pay close attention to lot locations when bidding and come prepared for removal. Lots 5–70 are located on the main floor, garage, or outside. Lots 71–99 are located upstairs. Lots 100 and above are located in the basement with no walkout and must be carried up the stairs. Bidders are responsible for bringing adequate help and any necessary equipment to safely remove their purchases during the scheduled pickup time. Pickup is Wednesday, Sept 2nd from 12 PM - 6 PM ONLY. All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup window. We are unable to hold items or accommodate late pickups. Cleanout takes place the next day.
