This U.S. Revolver Co. revolver is a vintage top-break handgun chambered in .32 S&W and fitted with an approximately 3" barrel with a dark bore. Serial number 70163, this example is in fair overall condition and exhibits age-related wear throughout. Most importantly, the trigger is currently nonfunctional and the revolver will need mechanical work before operation should be attempted. U.S. Revolver Co. was a trade name associated with Iver Johnson and was used on economical American-made revolvers during the early 20th century. These compact top-break revolvers are interesting representatives of an era when small .32-caliber handguns were extremely common for personal protection. This example should be considered a repair, restoration, or collecting project due to its mechanical condition and dark bore. Please see photos. U.S. Revolver Co.
