Serial number D33795, this example features an approximately 4" barrel with a shiny bore and remains in good overall condition. The revolver is built around a traditional steel frame with an exposed hammer, swing-out cylinder, and handsome wood grips that give it the timeless appearance associated with Smith & Wesson’s classic service revolvers. The 4" barrel provides the balanced profile that helped make the Model 10 so popular with law-enforcement agencies and civilian shooters for generations. The Model 10 traces its roots to Smith & Wesson’s Military & Police revolver line and became one of the most widely produced revolvers in the company’s history.
