This Smith & Wesson M&P 9 Shield Plus semi-automatic pistol is chambered in 9mm and represents the higher-capacity evolution of Smith & Wesson’s extremely successful Shield platform. Serial number EKM2434, this example features an approximately 3" barrel with a shiny bore and remains in good overall condition. The pistol utilizes a slim polymer frame with a textured synthetic grip paired with a steel slide and striker-fired operating system. One magazine is included. The Shield Plus built upon the original Shield by increasing capacity while retaining the slim profile and familiar ergonomics that made the earlier model such a strong seller. Smith & Wesson’s M&P family has become one of the company’s flagship modern handgun lines, and the Shield Plus remains one of its most recognizable compact offerings.
