Drake L75 Wide Range Linear Amplifier, 220V. This is a very clean amplifier, both inside and out, as shown. Plate voltage is 3500V, and idle current is 120 ma. Grid current is approximately 200 ma, or less. The amp has a homebrew "soft key" circuit installed. With drive ranging from 45W to 55W, the following was observed: 160M, 620W output 80M, 550W output 40M, 550W output 20M, 575W output 15M, 580W output 10M, 400W output These were maximum obtainable values.
