El Pionir RTS RP-150 Receiver, in overall very good cosmetic condition. From the net, since this looks a lot like part of the HF-80 line from Collins: "When EI Pionir was tasked by the Yugoslav Federal Secretariat for National Defense in 1979 to design and produce a modern transistorized radio-teleprinter system, they sought out Rockwell Collins—recognized globally as a leader in military telecommunications—to successfully negotiate a technical partnership and assistance for the development." Unit powers up successfully with about 85W power consumption at 117VAC. metering moves smoothly and there is noise from the speaker when the volume control is rotated.
