Rockwell Collins VP-100 Voice Privacy Unit, as shown. Unit does power up with power consumption o f40W at 117VAC. This appears to be an encryption and/or voice privacy unit used perhaps in military telecom and/or radio comms. It's a remote control unit that can't be completely tested as their are other components needed. It did take a few minutes to completely boot up, but appears that all self tests pass, except that it faults due to the rest of the equipment is not being present.
