Painted expandable dining table in the Hollywood Regency and chinoiserie taste, most likely 1970s. The legs are turned in a faux bamboo pattern with raised ring nodes, and a matching applied faux bamboo molding runs along the front, back and end aprons. The finish is cream and off white with the turned ring details picked out in a deeper gold. It measures about 29 inches tall, 51 inches long and 33 to 34 inches wide as shown. The extension slide mechanism is present, complete and undamaged, and the table is photographed extended. Leaves are included, with more leaning against the wall in the photos, so count them in person before bidding. No maker mark, only pencil assembly marks. Note the top panels are a composite hardboard substrate under the paint while the frame, aprons and legs are solid wood. Condition is fair with soiling across the top and paint chipped to bare wood on the top edge. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot.
