12 Kerr Wide Mouth Quart Mason Jars in Box

Twelve Kerr home canning jars in the original printed carton, marked 12 Wide Mouth Quart Mason Jars, Includes Jars, Bands, Lids and Directions for Home Canning, 70610-00519, Made in the U.S.A. The set is complete. All twelve jars are present, each fitted with a gold tone screw band and a flat sealing lid, and every cell in the carton is occupied. Wide mouth quart is the size most canners want for whole tomatoes, pickles, peaches and dry goods storage, and the two piece closure is the standard for water bath and pressure canning. Condition is very good for the glass. The jars appear unused with no chips, cracks or clouding and clear dry interiors, and the lids and bands show no rust, only a grey dust film on top. The carton itself is soiled with the top flaps torn away leaving ragged edges and one creased front corner. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot.
