Ryobi OSS450 benchtop oscillating spindle sander with the original owner operating manual, which is dated 11-93 and lists 2000 RPM, 58 oscillations per minute, a 20 by 14 inch table, a 1/2 inch spindle, sanding sleeve capacity from 1/2 inch to 3 inches, 120 volts at 3.5 amperes and a net weight of 26 pounds. The safety switch takes a removable key. Please read the inventory carefully. One sanding drum with one worn sleeve is installed, all six drum storage posts on the base are empty, and no spare drums or sleeves are included. One red table insert lies loose and the table throat has no insert fitted. Condition is fair. There is heavy dust and sawdust, the table top is rust stained across the surface and around the spindle hole, the laminate edge banding is chipped and lifting at the front left, and there is insect debris in the housing.
