What they told me about this ice machine is that it plugs up and it gets cold and keeps everything frozen. Ever once in a while, it will completely defrost itself and unthaw, and then turn around and refreeze. They’ve never had it inside. It sat outside, so I’m not sure if the temperature may have something to do with that, but that’s what they told me it will freeze, but then thaw and refreeze.
