PLEASE READ: BIDDING & SHIPPING RULES Item Descriptions & Inquiries Review Closely: Please read all item descriptions and examine all photos thoroughly before bidding. Questions: We strive to answer all questions prior to the auction’s end. However, we will not answer any questions regarding an item once the auction has closed. Pick-up & Storage Fees In-Person Pick-up: Available every Friday and Saturday (2 days after the sale date). Photo ID: Required for all purchases unless you are an established customer. Storage Policy: Items must be picked up promptly. After 14 days, your card on file will be charged a $5.00 per day storage fee until the item is collected. Shipping & Handling In-House Shipping: We use our own shipping department to keep costs lower than 3rd party companies. We ship within 8-9 business days. Carriers: Oversized packages are shipped via FedEx due to recent USPS price increases. Cost Disclaimer: Please keep in mind that shipping can be expensive depending on the size and weight of the box. Shipping Restrictions No Third-Party Stores: We will not deliver items to UPS or FedEx retail stores; we handle shipping ourselves to protect customers from retail markups. No Customer Labels: We do not accept pre-paid shipping labels from customers. Important: If you do not agree with these shipping, storage, or bidding terms, please do not bid in our auction.
