According to the consignor, this piece was used at Rocky Springs Park and purchased back by Rebman's at a sale before being acquired by the consignor. Piece is signed Rebman on the front.. Made in Lancaster, PA. The wheel itself has a 32" diameter. The length of the post in the back is 36". In very good used condition - some wear from age and intended use. Great colors and design. It spins easily. Makes a neat sound - the piece that hits the nails is thick leather. Check out the photos.
