A hand-blown clear glass decanter by Vinciprova, Murano, of tall, slender form. The bulbous body is supported by a flared circular foot and extends into an elongated neck. The exterior is decorated with hand-applied gold-gilt floral and foliate motifs, with coordinating decoration to the matching teardrop-shaped stopper. The stopper is topped with a gilded ball finial. Gilded borders encircle both the upper rim of the neck and the outer edge of the foot. The base retains a circular label printed with VINCIPROVA MURANO GLASS MADE IN ITALY. A cursive signature in gold reading Murano is located on the upper surface of the foot. Dimensions (measured against a ruler): Height approx. 38 cm, Diameter approx. 10 cm. Condition: Good condition overall. There is minor wear and small losses to the gold gilding on the upper rim of the neck. No visible chips, cracks, or signs of restoration are present on the glass body or stopper.
